Last night I stumbled across what I believe was called “Maximum Muscle… something Program” writing by CT. It was on the Thibarmy site. Today when I try to search for it, I can’t find it anywhere.
The program was 3 full body workouts M,W,F and 3 pump workouts in between on T, Th, S. I was really excited to try it. Can anyone help me find it?
