Choosing the Right Program

I’m currently repeating get jacked fast again after a diet break. And after iv completed it I wanted to continue down the aesthetic route , while still adding in some sort of cardio for some fat loss and wondered out of all of your programmes on thibarmy which one best suited my goals ( adding muscle while maintaining or dropping some fat ) ?.

Was it a 4 day hypertrophy one? If I recall that’s a mass program, he used “the fastest” while in a deficit

It was four days where he did one set of 12, one set of 10, one set of 8, and one set of 6 - 8 all out, RP. He referenced it being similar to a Dorian Yates program or one along the lines of his BDW

It’s actually a thibarmy article called “Success leaves clues” it was the same principles as Dorian trained as mentioned, with intensifying methods, Thib put his own tweaks on it to improve his weaknesses. By memory he also did an hour of fasted cardio daily. This was all leading into his photo shoot for thibarmy.
