I want low 300s bench, mid 400s deadlift, low 400s squat. I think these are good goals for a natty with average genetics like myself and for someone who has lost some time for whatever reason, as I have.

Looking sexy Brix, but you are weak. Adjust your strength goals to something more appropriate given your size such as 465/365/575.
Honestly would’ve guessed his numbers were a li’l higher, but I wouldn’t call him “weak”. People train for different things, and he’s obviously strong enough to look jacked, so something’s obviously working.
Brick, unless my math is off, you’re only eating about 2,500 cals a day? Any reason you keep 'em that low?
I feel like I’ve been trying to push Brick to take the competitive plunge for a while now. Glad to see others egging him on as well. Seeing as how you’ve started returning to previous form already, I’m sure it’s a safe bet the posing dais will be in the not too distant future.

He is weak as a kitten. Typical sign of a roid-monkey.

Huh?
I’ve been hypogonadal since 22 years old and take TRT and go to a very good doctor who has helped out a few T-Nation members I’ve referred and who I do NOT want firing me as a patient. I’ve never gone over clinical doses and the last time blood test I had showed my T value in the 800’s.
Not sure where you were going with this post.

As I said, I have more left in the tank from muscle memory and my training in the past, but I remain honest and say what I’m handling NOW. I’m not going to say, “I do ______ now, but when I was bigger and better five years ago, I did _______.”
You’d be astonished by how light I had to train since getting on track again. Until September of last year, I went through a little over two years of hell in VERY abusive and corrupt work places and my training and life suffered quite a bit. Missing meals, hardly training (and when training, not even caring or trying much about it), waking up with anxiety, crying before bed and in the middle of the night, constant agitation, and working for administration that verbally abuses and intimidates people and mismanages them aren’t what makes a recipe for strength or size gains, or even maintenance.
So now I am back on track and we will see what happens.
I do not count incidental nutrients as I see it to be too much of a hassle, so it’s likely I am eating several hundred more calories because of incidental protein in nuts and seeds and protein in starches and whatever is in the huge salads and cooked vegetable servings I have in a day. Plus I got back on track kind of sloppy and am now considering eating a bit more and seeing what happens. Plus I have had a few more off-track meals because of events and when my fiance unexpectedly makes something for dinner when I get home (not going to exactly say something like, “It’s great you made that lasagna but count me out.”

I weighed myself on three flat surfaces with my digital scale the other night. On two surfaces it said 208 and on the other it said 202#.
wtf how you get so big!?
I wouldn’t say I am so big or so strong. But thanks if you’re implying a compliment.

Leanish 208 at 5’10" is fuckin big for a natty (or someone who is effectively a natty; you know what I mean). That’s a good job right there man.
average height for gender.
above 200#.
good numbers in the lifts (not competitive but AFAIK you dont train to compete in PL).
visible abs. even if you hold fat well it’s unlikely you’re much past 12%… that or i have misunderstood the textbooks i’ve read.
dude, honestly, not trying to pump your ego but as natty goes i would put you up there with paulie and kingbeef when i think of impressive unassisted physiques on this forum. i’m sure there are other people out there too but they don’t/won’t share pics. that or i haven’t seen em.
you gotta give yourself some credit here, you look good man.
Jacked! Would love to see you take the plunge and enter a show as well
I wish I could be anywhere close to 200 lbs at that level of body fat %…and I’m an inch or two taller.

I see what you’re saying.
I got more strength in me from muscle memory; as I said I’ve done more in the past and everything is coming back very smoothly and quick. Then I want to see where I can go past that.

What happened to the Juggernaut Fitness video you posted? That was a good video. Many guys have a messed up body image.
I am going to switch to a traditional BB split in a few months. I am doing 5/3/1 to get my base back, as you can read in previous pages and do 4 to 5 assistance lifts after main lifts. How do you suggest fitting in more volume? I’m open to ideas.
I thought it was relevant to your thoughts in this thread in others, but seemed kind of contrary to the competitive mindset haha. I heard his channel is just trolling BS, but that’s the first video I saw and it had great points.
For back volume, I’d say just work in supersets of pullups, DB rows, and maybe pullaparts on day 2 and 4 especially.

Taking more progress pics, fooling around with the webcam.

Finally getting to the point where I don’t look like a twig when my arm are overhead.
