Trt bloods 0.13ml

Trt bloods

I’m on 113mg per week with EOD test E

Also using magnesium Creatine, pqq and vitamins a,k and D

Have recently been on corticosteroid Dymista nasal spray for sinus issues …

Train 2-3 times a week eat a healthy diet with low sugar intake

Hi just received my bloods does everything look ok to you ?

Nope. Your cholesterol needs improvement and your dose is clearly too high for “TRT”.

FYI you need to learn to communicate dosages correctly. This is a volume of liquid.

Thanks for the advice. I have changed the dose as per above ?

My diet is very clean my cholesterol is a genetic thing and I don’t wish to go on statins …

I don’t blame you on the statin issue. If your diet is already clean then I guess there are not many other changes to be made. If you’re after TRT and longevity you would want to reduce your dose a bit. Most of us optimizing our protocols still aim to be in range for FT and you’re well above. Of course your E2 is high to coincide with the high Testosterone levels you have.

Hi, yeah I’ve tried to lower my bad fats intake, but i do still have 4 eggs most days and coconut oil which maybe is ideal but they digest well and I enjoy them …

My levels are high from a low dose because of my shbg level I think ?
I do feel pretty good now, however do you think I would feel any differently bringing my levels down ? My libido is in a good spot and feel good also my bloods with regards to hemocrit don’t go up ?

When you say longevity I can appreciate that as I most definitely do want that. But not sure why it’s an issue at the moment given my results. What would I be looking out for if I’m sitting at higher free t level ?

The eggs are meaningless to your lipid labs. Coconut oil…maybe given its predominantly saturated fat. Lipid labs are always a snapshot of a very much larger picture.

You could eventually see hemoglobin/hematocrit climb with a higher FT level. I started off at 120 mg test cyp weekly but backed down to 100 mg due to elevated levels. Everyone’s different. That’s the take home.
