Trouble Reaching Macros!

hi guys im 25 yo kickboxer at 80kg with 21.9%bf aiming to drop this while adding muscle
after doing some research my macros should be

900kcal protein = 225g - 37.5p/m
1500kcal carb = 375g - 62.5p/m
600kcal fat = 67 - 11.1p/m

best i can manager to reach is:

breakfast p:36.6 c:66.3 f:2.5
snack p:16.3 c:64.8 f:15.6
lunch p:36.2 c:68.4 f:4.8
snack:p:30.8 c:66.9 f:12
dinnerp:41.6 c:77 f:8.5
pwo: p:38.9 c:60 f:10.9

protein:199.1 c:376.7 f:53.9

is this fine to just be at these amounts? as im not aiming to be as big as a bodybuilder my aim is to be 75-80kg of lean muscle any help would be greatful thanks.

Um, just eat more or less of the macronutrient that you need to for that particular day.

I don’t understand what the issue is here other than pure laziness.

The issue is it okay to be under the required amount of protein ?

And laziness ? all I’m stating is I’m finding it hard to balance it out evenly throughout the day

Just a simple question

the problem is im struggling to get the protein up to 225 maybe if i had posted the meals aswell would have made more sense?

My apologies, I’m nearing the end of a diet and find myself very irritable.

There’s no need to post a diet but, being slightly below or slightly above the protein you feel you need on a daily basis will likely be negligible. In fact, it probably doesn’t matter at all.

I think the issue here is how complicated and convoluted you’re making this thing. The fact that your protein intake has decimals means you’re probably being insanely, and far too critical with your measurements. Seriously, it’s silly.

If your breakfast is 6 eggs, add another one. You’ll be fine.

If your lunch is 6 oz of meat, add another 2 ounces in. You’ll be fine.

I mean really, I realize that this is in the Beginner’s Section, but realize it’s here for a reason. It’s insane to get so intensively hyper-critical about measurements for every individual thing you’re doing.

I hope this helps. (Seriously.)
