Triumvirate or Forever Beginners Program?

For someone who is just getting started with 531 would you suggest the Triumvirate or Beginners Program from Forever and the article titled The 5/3/1 Philosophy for Beginners that Jims written about on his website?

Personally, I’d go with the beginners programme. Does what it is says on the tin.

Triumvirate is kinda low volume. Makes sense if you want to really push cardio/conditioning, but otherwise the FSL 5x5 and 2x frequency on Squats/Bench is good technique work and good volume, and the guidance for the assistance work gets you a good overall body workout. take it easy when you need to and move onto another beginner or intermediate program out of Forever after a few cycles.
