5/3/1 Beginners from Forever 2 days a week for older lifters?

What are your thoughts on running Jim’s 5/3/1 Beginners from Forever, 2 days a week for older lifters over 65? In other words:

Monday
Squat
Bench
Assistance

Thursday
Deadlift
Press
Assistance

Sounds like a plan.

Listen to your body… dont go nuts on volume.
