Beginner, Which Program to Choose?

Hey, First time posting still new to T Nation and 5/3/1
Going to start my first program but can’t make my mind up which one to go with either beyond 1.1 from the article or this 5/3/1 for Beginners.

Pick the one that looks good if there are more than one just choose one get started and then try another one. It’s not like a marriage. :joy:

Do the beginners as it’s pretty much idiot proof.

Flip a coin to pick. You will be fine either way. Just make sure to follow the program as written.

Will do beginners then lol just a quick one will Friday’s workout be the same as Mondays ? I.e. Reps and sets ?
