I reached forward felt the stretch from heel cord up until where the calf crosses up the back of the knee.
Donkey calf raises - best way to hit that area, great for knee stability, and the most neglected part of the calf. Now that Iām shooting for hypertrophy over strength Iāve found that any exercises that stress AND stretch the muscle are the best - PJR pullovers, donkeys, incline curls, ab wheels, etc.

Those are all my favs too. I prefer pjr with ez bar. Im really liking lifts I used to do like mid pause chins, subscapularis chins/pulls and elbow out pronated rows to offset benching.
