Yes it does. I am in a gain phase now and looking forward to leaning out in April.

But once I get lean in the summer, no doubt I will be having the same experience as Pwolves and wishing I was bigger!

Thanks a lot Myself, feel good about where I’m at and with Brian Ahlstrom in my corner I’m confident I’ll be spot on with conditioning, just a little nervous about seeing if I still have enough muscle when I get to stage leanness. In any case, I’ll put myself in a great spot for a good reverse diet and nice long improvement season after the shows

Congratulations. This is a great thread.

Some amazing physiques in here posting too.

Thanks Brick, it means a lot to me having the support from you and other guys who have a lot more experience than me!

Weight was down to 183.2 this morning, so Brian bumped my refeed today from 540 c to 640 c. It’s tough, but I’m willing to do what it takes

good luck! following your progress as I’ll be competing soon too. 11 weeks out baby

Just wait till you get even leaner and everything just starts popping a lot more. You’ll feel bigger man so don’t sweat it and have fun.

Yeah, you are right about at that tipping point where every week its a new discovery of veins and striations. Fun as shit.

You guys are right, I’m looking forward to getting to 10 weeks out and then weekly changes from there!

Thanks my man!

Thanks Jppage, really hoping starting my prep pretty far out and fairly lean will let me keep as much size as possible. If I can be ready 3 to 5 weeks early and eat into the show, that’d be ideal and hopefully keep me looking as full as possible

Thanks Rattle, I’m hoping to get my leanness on par with your Men’s Health prep!
