Treadmill Recommendations

Hey team,

Looking to add a treadmill to the home gym. It’s cold, I don’t want to go outside lol.

Plan to spend between $1000-$1500, with some upper flexibility if talked into it.

Mainly using for LISS cardio. 3-6 mile runs at a moderate pace. Some incline rucking for zone 2. Some 400m-800m intervals at a pace no faster than 11-12 mph.

I don’t really care for preset classes for running, and don’t want to pay any sort of subscription.

Right now I am mainly looking at the Sole F63, and the Horizon 7.0 AT. Also would love to hear any other recommendations, thanks!

Maybe you could start with Craigslist and get a free treadmill

I hear the Nordictrac units are good. Sole also makes good ones. If your just walking on it really any will do. If you plan on running then look into something a little better or you’ll be buying another one in a few years.
When I was at the height of my running/triathlon/ultrarunning phase I purchased a nautilus and it’s been rock solid for 15 years. Used it daily for hours at a time.

Liked my Sole F63 treadmill as a COVID-era garage gym staple when I lived in Seattle.

Would love to have one here at the house now, but the garage gets way too hot in Arizona summers (belt would literally melt).
