ok…i drove from S. Carolina to IOWA… covered in snow, and there MIGHT be a YMCA open nearby. i’ll probably only get to work out twice from now until jan5. so… that being said, should it be low weight, high volume, or vice-versa BONUS::: i get to eat a lot of good food
