Trap Growth and Headaches

Hey CT,

Every time my traps go through a growth spurt I start experiencing neck pain and intermittent headaches. Is this related to growth in the traps at all?

No, it’s related to inflammation in the levator scapulae and splenius, which are not very tolerant and are hit hard during traps work.
