I am having this problem that it’s getting worse. The thing is that for some reason I don’t know it´s been some months since my traps [as well as neck], become hyperactive and everytime I train chest or shoulders, my traps overtake and I end up “having” a traps and neck shoulders.
What can I do to avoid this hyperactivity of the traps to achieve greater stimulation on the chosen muscles (Pecs, Shoulders) instead of trapezius and neck?
