Where can I buy Trap bar? Who sells these things.
Just do a search on the web or at T-mag. Poliquin provided a link once to a trap bar maker in his “Questions of Strength” column at T-mag.

Is this the bar that you can do deadlifts with too?
Yes, you can do deadlifts with this bar. Actually the movement is more of a squat/deadlift. If you do it properly and use good form you will not really feel the movement in your lower back. As a result you should include some lower back work for the erectors, e.g. stiff leg deadlifts. To hit the quads more do the movement standing on a low platform or a BB plate…this will bring your thighs closer to parallel. You can also use the bar for shrugs, stiff leg deadlifts and some people use it for military presses, bent-over rows, etc.
I remembered another place to get one, jesupgym dot com. Their’s costs about $110.00, the fractional plates one is about $170.00 I believe.
