Hi Coach, which variation of deadlift would lend itself better to a twice a week frequency working up to 80%1rm x 2 - 5 x 3? I plan to use one variation along with Olympic Squats twice a week.
Whichever one you want to get better at or will help shore up a weakness. Both would work. Maybe do slightly lower volume if you choose conventional.
