Hey guys, I am training for strength improvements.
Currently I:
benchpress
deadlift
dumbbell tricep extensions
standing dumbbell press
shrugs
cable pulls
arm curls
legpress
one arm rows
I do sets of 5 reps and repeat the whole list 3 times.
Do any of you guys think there is anything i should add?
Pullups.
You don’t need isolation exercises like tricep extensions and curls. The compound movements will take care of your strength.
squat is like the best exercise
so squat

No, you are not. Get rid of the silly stuff…like triceps extensions and cable curls. Deadlifts, Squats OH Press are all good. Add Bent Rows, Bench and Pull ups and you’re good.
Look around on here, and you will find what you need to improve strength.
