This one kinda surprised me as I haven’t back squatted at all for over a year, just been front squatting. 200kg.
So these aren’t training records, but I figured ya’ll wouldn’t mind if I put up some personal meet records from this past weekend…

It was an amazing meet with a lot of very impressive lifters.
A 165er totaled 1545, raw.
A 181 female put up 460/280/440, raw.
And another 181 female put up 745/500/550, equipped.
And that was just the first day…
