I’ll be looking for some big PRs in 2 weeks at my meet.

this is old news to me:) yeah… get a vid… otherwise it’s just in your head.

LOLZ
I’ll be waiting on vids for the pizza PR too.

incline bench 6 reps

edit: Got 315 for 1 rep on the incline after that 6 rep set, and 5 reps with 275 after the 1rm.

Farmers walk, over 300 per hand I think?

585 pull

push press (not a pr but the heaviest I have on vid)

db snatch

That’s about the only ones I have on video I think, may have some more at home that I didn’t upload to youtube.

I love getting video, but when yourself or a partner is going for a PR, it’s easy for to me forget about the camera

Really cool thread idea btw meat!

Monopoly

not a weight PR . 2 days ago I did 7 reps above 90% on the 1-board bench press.

hit 210x2 off 1 board (100% 2RM) .

then 5 singles at 205 .

1 board 1RM is un-tested , but probably no higher than 225. I’ll find out this next week though .

this is a great idea for a thread . It should last longer than the Threadkill thread.

is the video rule mandatory ?

No video, I’m afraid but -

Bench
255x5 2.5 board-height pin press
140x27

DL 445x2x2 (set and rep PR for the weight

In the last week.

210kg x 3 deadlift today, after squatting.

PR on pulldowns

200x5 up from 200x3

Almost strong enough now to switch to chins.

Yesterday I got through deadlifting 505 (just to get over 5) x 2 reps x 4 sets during the last few sets of the wednesday sheiko workout. I was pretty proud of myself, I must say. Especially considering I started the workout with heavy deficit deads.

No Videos. I couldn’t care less if anybody doubts it.

not at all. i just think it’s cool to actually see the people that post in action.

That’s not why I started the thread or why I thought it would be cool to post vids. This isn’t a competition. it’s just for fun to put a face with a post.

i look forward to your vids.

Marauder,

If I had a video I would have gladly have posted it in the spirit of your thread. I love watching bad ass lifts as much as the next guy. But, in keeping with the spirit of your thread, I just was excited about a good day of training. Sorry if I came off a little defensive; I don’t regularly record my training but I’ll try to get a video up soon.

red

Pulled

Warmup
225x5 RDL
315x3 Sumo

Attempts - Sumo
405x1
425x1 (Then missed twice)
335x5x4

425 = 20lb PR; no video :frowning:

My most recent PR was a 180kg/400lb x11 squat on Wednesday. That’s a 6 rep PR since the 11th of June.
