415 1x8, 1x10, 1x11 Belt Only last two are PRs blood flowing on last 2 set

First time Front Squatting in about 2 months. So a 40lbs unwrapped PR ill take.

Hit 295 for 7 on my 5+ week of bench. in August I could only get it twice.

Bench Day lots of PRs

165x5 strict OHP today! Morning weigh in 155.

My push jerk has been going up pretty well. It’s the only way I can do well in any clean and press event. 260lbs (2x45, 1x10, 1x5, 1x2.5) for 3 reps.

Not as impressive as some of the other lifts in here but I hit a 445 front squat for a single today

Thank god something we are even kinda remotely close to the same on.

I pull using a hook grip and therefore use straps for anything at three reps and over, but my straps untangled on the third rep, which messed with me. Was actually going for four. Next time, Gadget… Next time.

Thanks CParker I always try to step it up in meet prep and really push the volume so PRs happen much more often even if they only by a rep.

Bench Day PRs

315 for 4 sets of 4

405 for 2

Also 225 for 17 but no video.

525 Pull for a 10lb PR.

Time for me to do some pause DLs and Oly squats haha.

500 pds. 2" deficit dead PR 47 yrs. old at 181 pds.

Today was supposed to be a easy 3x3 day with the last set being a AMRAP set. I guess all the strongman stuff this week really left me beat down and 500 for 3 with wraps felt harder than it did last week unwrapped. But, I went for it any way.

1st set: Felt like crap looked like crap stupid slow all over the place.

2nd set: Pretty much the same

3rd set: Went all out and grinded to 5. The 5th rep I actually almost fell over. Saved it went for 6 got it and then went for 7 and had to
dump it. Very unsatisfied with this I laid there for a bout 10 mins and found my balls and decided to try again.

4th set: I moved my feet in about a inch on both and made a world of difference. I think since I have been working in the mono when I walk out I am setting up to wide. Either way best set of the dat smoked 7 reps and if in mono and had a spotter probably would have pushed it to 8 or 9. Literally puked for a good 5 mins and called it a day will do deadlifts and accesories tomorrow.

2 sets of 5 @ 500 on beltless sumo. (all reps from a dead stop). Bodyweight 209.
