Try this slowmo

I don’t know why it won’t play. Any one interested in seeing it quote the page and the YouTube link that is showing just copy and paste it.

Reed, the links you posted were:
- YouTube Here you accidentally appended “Block” to the url.

youtube.com/watchv=EmUue4VM1m8 Here you’re missing a ‘?’ between ‘watch’ and ‘v’ so it’s not valid.

Hmmmm I literally just copied SNF paste the link I don’t know how that happened. Either way thank you I’ll have to watch out for that.

10 lb pr and was done after my working sets

400 raw spoto rep bench. Bodyweight 207.

2x 210kg (463lbs) @79kg

first time training equiped. Wraps+single ply Inzer TRX. Did 1x220 (485 after this)

hope to hit 235kg in March for a junior national Record

Close grip paused bench 400x1

Actually crushed this on on my third attempt. First one came down way too low and still almost ground it out. Second attempt got dizzy and almost passed out. Third attempt hit the groove and it was a speed rep. BW exactly 200. I took video of all three, but somehow only the first attempt saved on my hard drive.

5lb no-wraps PR.

A 7.5kg PR at 85.7kg. Hit 200kg which is 5kg over the current IPF world record in the 83kg class.

Thanks! I can’t say I have a plan for international unequipped competition soon. I might adjust plans in an effort to claim this record!

I know rack pulls are shunned, but I like them anyways and find them really useful for cueing tightness in the deadlift. That said, I hit a (relatively easy) 270 kg x 1 today from just below the knees, which was quite surprising. Never had anything close to that amount of weight in my hands before.

goodluck with your meet man. (you gonna do the worlds in may?)

Hit 300 x 8 on bench today! And that was after 5 sets of 4 at 300 leading up to it. Hope the mods will at least allow this to post.

I made a statement about a certain actor spending $1400 in supplements in 3 months to gain about 40 lbs, and that I didn’t think it was money well spent for the results. Must have ticked off someone. Cause then a certain mod contributor made a post appearing like damage control.

605 4" Block Pull for 2x3 and 1x6. Volume and 1 rep PR.

Hit a paused PR today warming up for my work sets. 320 lbs with a morning weigh in of 165.4 lbs. Might have heaved a touch on further video inspection though. Felt super light, like I had about 15 lbs in me. 320 lbs paused - YouTube
