Hit 640 on the squat
Heres my 675 with questionable form, and the worlds longest setup
and heres 700 near miss, I spent a lot of time dialing in my sumo technique but it did not show today.
Volume PR @315. I know depth was questionable for a few, but 15lbs PR in 5 weeks, so happy about the progress. I want that 400lbs squat in March.

Damn pretty. And depth looks great.
Depth looked spot on damn strong.
Stiff Leg Deads 420 for 1,1,5, and 6 video.
SSB Squat 430+120 Band Tension for decent easy double was just trying out my new wraps.
Hit 180 kg x 2 on squats with a belt last night, decent speed, going for 200 kg x 1 (440 lbs.) in a month or so. 18 years old 108 kg bodyweight. Hoping to total 630 kg/1388 lbs. in april of 2015, first junior year.
Hit a 260kg deadlift last Wednesday, had missed it in my meet on the Saturday so I was pretty pissed off and I ‘knew’ I was capable of it. So that’s an increase of 45kg since January so it’s still going up pretty quick. Also probably helped that I decided to use a lifting belt for the first time ever (slight lie, had used a tapered one a year or so ago for squats and decided I hated it after about two goes). Hadn’t really believed in how much it helps you get tight at the start and then how that helps mid back not to round and so lockout was pretty easy which is normally the bit I struggle with now. Back on target for a 280kg+ in my next meet in May
100s x 3 x 10 seated DB shoulder press. Bodyweight 210. Previous best were the 100s x 8.
495x2 squat, no wraps. (‘comeback PR’ since August)
335 close grip bench. (This was by accident; I was working up on weight, smashed 335, and I thought my best was 345. Turns out it was 330. I might’ve stopped at a lighter weight if I knew that. Ha.)
First few clips are CAT Squats not technically PRs except the 4th and 5th based solely on speed.
However last clip is 585 for 5 4" Block Pull which is a 3 rep PR.
Hit a 425 squat in a belt and knee wraps.
500 Front Squat Belt and Wraps 220 lbs this moening. Didn’t have a music or spot. Did this after all my unwrapped work as well. Extremely happy to finally hit this.
145s x 8 flat DB bench. Highest my gym has. Bodyweight ~210.
Just wanted to post this up. This Brittany my girl friend of about a year. I talked her into training with me to help strengthen her back ( she was having a lot of lower back problems associated with a desk job ) about around October so little over 3 months ago. She is a full time employee 9am-6pm 5-6 days a week and technically a single mother of a 3 year old. She trains 2-3 times a week with me and has made incredible progress in my opinion.
She has Squat 185lbs with Light Knee Wraps, 135 completely raw no belt or anything, and pulled 155 pretty easily after her first real deadlifting session this past weekend weighing 135lbs or less. She is very much a beginner but, she works as hard as anyone I have trained with and has even decided she wants to do a meet and will be competing at the end of March with me.
This the clip from her training session this weekend. Squats 2x3, and 1x6 with 115lbs and then Deadlifts 135 3x3 and 155 1x1
This is her 185lbs Squat Wrapped. I didn’t really want her to be in wraps this soon but, she said she wanted to try them so who am I to say no. She hit her first ever BW squat unwrapped the same session.
If you skip to 60 seconds she hits 135 for 3 Squat Belt Only
140 kg/308 lbs. close grip bench, ties my competition bench PR, always been stronger with a narrow grip.
