Just grinded out a 660lb pull

Will have video in a bit. But 605 squat for a pretty easy double. Def had a triple in me but Sam said no grinders this close.

Yesterday hit a nice milestone and motivation for me. I doubled 605 with a rep left in the tank I believe. First time I have done reps with 600 plus. It would have been a monstrous grind but none the less but I think a third could have went. Competing on the 22nd in Memphis and looking to hit 610-630 at 198. Massive cut but with my coach back walking me through it I am more than confident.

(Yes, I do squat and deadlift, I haven’t ‘all time’ PR’d on anything lower body since being back in the gym.)

I’m in Maryland, but travel all over for Strongman Shows. Going to be hitting up my first powerlifting meet very soon (Searching for one as we speak)

I just opened a strongman/powerlifting/conditioning gym in MD, you should definitely come by if you are ever in the area!

Hit 530 for 12 Deads today…I guess it is a PR, I never do reps this high

130s x 4 x 10 flat DB bench and 110s x 5 x 15 DB incline. Both volume PRs. Bodyweight ~210.

Did 335 for 3, 3 and 2 tonight on bench for a new 3 rep max. BW 162.8

120s x 4 x 10 DB incline for a volume PR. Bodyweight ~210.

345x3 bench

130s x 4 x 12 flat DB bench. Bodyweight ~210.

675 sumo deadlift today, just barely missed 700 above the knee. Bar came out in front of me and I was in a bad position to lock it out.

410 No Hand Squat. Wanted to do something I knew I wouldnt be going to heavy on but was something totally new. So pretty happy with this.

Hit a 195kg squat this week, 200 I’m coming for you!
