Hit 300 on the bench today, 15 pound PR and TnG. Still, finally cracked the 300 barrier!
I couldn’t resist the lure of the BodybuildingRev 10 minute deadlift challenge. I ended up pulling 405lbs for 48 reps in 10 minutes. No straps, no touch and go, just a belt. My goal was 50 going into it. I ended up attempting 49 lifts but missed one at lockout. 48 isn’t bad though.

Solid. I think I would have went for a 5/minute strategy.
I did a Josh Bryant program awhile ago, and he would do something like that as speed work/down sets, after a heavy work set. It got pretty brutal. I think it went something like 8,10,12 sets of 4 or 5 over a 3 week training cycle.

Yeah, I figured 5/minute was the best bet, but I ran out of gas at 40. I couldn’t breathe anymore lol.

Na, maybe I’ll shoot them a Pm on YouTube.
Back Squat: 530 for 1x7- PR. Feel I had 8 but I got out of position on the fourth rep and didnt wanna grind twice in one set.
Deadlift: 500 for 8 1 rep PR
Awesome Job Reed!
I hit 475 for an ugly single paused bench today, then immediately stripped the bar to 225 and hit 34 reps
435 squat yesterday. Had been stuck at 405 for over a year. +30lb PR. bodyweight 190.
Hit 320 for sets of 5, 4 and 4 last night on bench. BW up to 161.
100’s x 5 sets of 20 on flat DB bench for a volume PR. Bodyweight ~210.
545 deadlift. bodyweight around 192.
Worked up to what was supposed to be a hard second attempt weight for my meet on the 22nd. Last heavy deadlift day and second to last heavy Squat. Worked up to a semi easy 600 squat. I got loose in my back and tried to bury the weight so there was no question on depth. Then after we deadlifted and hit 585 raw pretty easy and then strapped in and murdered 600. Thats technically a DL PR.
Good shit on that 600 pull Reed
328 squat x 9 reps, left 2 in the tank. (doing 5/3/1) 7 lb. rep PR
635x2 pull today. I guess its a PR but I never go for more than a single once I get past 585. Gonna attempt 700 in 2 weeks.
330 close grip bench.
225x13 pendlay row.
120’s x 5 sets of 15 on flat DB bench. Bodyweight ~210.
