No videos, but 205 lb OHP on Wednesday and then 290 lb Jerk today. I am aiming for 300 lbs before my school year starts.

Switched back to Sumo pulls not too long ago and I hit 520x3 a couple weeks ago and 495+3 chain x 3 this week.
340.5 on bench last week as well. I’ve been benching only once a week, with the other day overhead only.
Slowly but surely back into PR territory. I’m training much more instinctively with a less routine schedule. May tighten it down in a month or so for a meet in November.
I wasn’t going to lift today, but couldn’t just watch everybody else lift so I hoped in. I decided to test out my sumo deadlift. Before today I have never pulled sumo over 405lbs. I hit 565lbs with plenty room left in the tank. My best conventional pull is 525lbs, I might just stick with sumo! Weighed in at 181.4lbs this morning, finally hit a triple bw deadlift!! The road to 600lbs just got a lot closer. This lift was practically beltless. That belt was borrowed and on the last notch and barely snug.

Had to go high bar no way I could low bar for this amount of time Shoulder would have broke so that alone makes this a massive accomplishment for me. Video is pretty long 6 minutes with the bar on my back total. Second set is faster pace and starts 4mins.
1st set 325 for 25. I wanted to pace it and Squat for 5 mins straight or at least have bar on my back but my shoulders, arms, and hands were completely numb and I just couldn’t hold the bar.
2nd set I was kinda angry I didn’t make it to 5 mins even if it meant just standing there so I punished my self and went a little faster pace and hit 21 with same weight and then puked.
655 Conventional dead today
I have not FS in about 2 and half months so they were pretty foreign as always so I am pretty happy with this. My depth was not where I wanted it to be but I couldn’t find my oly shoes and with out them when my knees track so far I have a hard time hitting depth. Which if I could not only do I feel I could have hit depth but could have loaded the wraps and shot up harder. Ill make it better next time. Tried 500 but I knew there was no way my legs could push it but my upper back hell no I just stood there for 30 or so seconds holding it.
