Hey Meat and Dixie, thanks for all the love. I was training 50-60% off a box for my speed off the floor. I recently started pulling about 80% for singles off a box. If I can dial my lockout in as strong as my start I’d be great. I’m making a mad dash for an 800lb deadlift, I’ll meet you guys at the top!
Got 195 on incline bench for 5. My previous best was 3 reps, but that was only about 4 inches off the chest. I went full ROM today and still got more reps. Hoping to hit 215x3 next week. Will keep posted.

2 years ago an orthopedic surgeon told me that I’d never squat or deadlift heavy again because of my hip. I’m thinking of emailing him this link. He’d probably respond by telling me “that’s not THAT heavy” LOL. He’d be right, but it’s a big number for me, and I’ve been chasing it for 5 years now. Extremely happy that I finally nailed it.
