2 years ago an orthopedic surgeon told me that I’d never squat or deadlift heavy again because of my hip. I’m thinking of emailing him this link. He’d probably respond by telling me “that’s not THAT heavy” LOL. He’d be right, but it’s a big number for me, and I’ve been chasing it for 5 years now. Extremely happy that I finally nailed it.
If you emailed him now, he would prob tell you that your steelers singlet is gay, and that the Ravens are the best.

Seriously that was a really awesome pull. Keep it up!
Thanks again Mercury. I just pulled 700lbs for the first time in the gym in March and in competition, May. I’m on the hunt for that mythical 800lb deadlift. Type my name in on You Tube if you want to see some of my earlier deadlifts.
Yah I checked out a few of your other records. I wish you luck in your endeavors. I myself am seeking my first 600 pull @ 181. Got my 635 rev band pull (avg bands) the other week and now have a herniated disc for it. We shall see when I can get back to pulling.
I remember the first time I pulled 585lbs I blackedout after I locked it out. The pain of the bar hitting my shin woke me up. Oh, the good 'ol days. Anyway, sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you have a speedy recovery and join the 600 club soon.
I hit 195 pounds on the power clean for 5 reps yesterday, 235 pound bench press for 4 a 345 pound deadlift for a single. My squats are still iffy but i got 315 for 5 today.
tonight was our last heavy pull against chains. we will ramp down to the meet now. tonights pull was a grinder but my form stayed tight. i almost ran out of air and soooo wanted to ramp that shit.
deadlift against chains- 545 + 200lbs of chain x 1
This is after 3 years of deadlift stagnation from injury. This is a 60lb PR over my best meet lift, and a 45lb PR in terms of gym lifts. It’s also my first time using ammonia, as you can probably tell, haha.

Thanks man, gotta love 8 second deadlifts, haha. Great work on your squats, I’m digging those home made stands. Really makes it so failure isn’t an option.
