I guess this is a PR. Not sure I’ve ever pulled 405 for anything other than singles? Got 5.
Then a butt ugly 500. Damn near blew an O ring.
15lb PR Deadlift for 515
Oh my lord I need to work on getting my legs and hips stronger so my back doesn’t just take it nearly all the way.

500 didn’t look ugly to me. tough but solid.
Dont have a video but finally got a 495 lbs squat.

Thanks holmes. It felt like an eternity to lockout, but proud of it nonetheless.
TnG 495lbs flat bench
My sumo deadlift is inching its way up to my conventional, which is nice for a gangly dude like me. Hit 195 kg x1 today (about 12 kg shy of my best conventional pull). Nothing earth-shattering, but still a PR.
Gurbob nice bench!
Fletch, holy crap man, thats some rounded ass back deadlifts.

Obviously I need to get my legs into it more, but it looks like to me that the low back didn’t round too terribly much… what do you think?
It was really my thoracic and upper back that was mostly sore after that.

Compare yourself to this well known video of a round back dead lifting rock star. I think yours rounds a bit more mid-back but realize that max singles aren’t pristine form.
There is also a decent article on this site from last year A Strong Case For the Rounded Back Deadlift
Nice job on the PR.
thats not bad, theres a 6’8" lifter in my gym and when he deadlifts i swear that mans back looks like a horseshoe.

Not anything great.
Front squat: 405x4 (Rep PR +1)

Nice work.

that post is also 2 years old lol yeah I almost responded to it too
Dont have much going on right now but I squatted something like 290lbsx9 a month or so ago, which was a ridiculous 4 rep PR from around this past winter. Also took my DL from 415x3 to 415x6 in the same time span. Also worked up to a 225x5x10 squat set because it felt like a cool milestone to set. I’ve got some vids of those but IDK if anyone cares enough to see them.
Last set of 531 Dead lifts today I pulled 240 lbs for 20 reps. A PR for me.
