Kyle - mad quick off the floor and loving the dirty mo. Pretty narrow stance too. Nice pull!

425 Squat using wraps for the first time. A lot to learn if I end up adding them to my heavier sets.

Today, it is kind of specific, but I got 223lb for a clean (once) and press for 3 reps with an axle.

275x10 incline bench

That’s a nice pull, Kyle. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you?

I hit this set myself yesterday. Last week I pulled it for a triple but couldn’t lock out the 4th rep. Weighing about 153 at the moment.

ATG front squat 225 4x3 at the end of a leg workout. Back felt 100%! I think I just need to kill my legs before I squat.

The most impressive thing about your lifts is you are able to actually find an open rack at that gym. You are beastly strong.

For those that follow my Indigo-3G log you might already know this info, but my PR’s for this week are:

Sumo Deadlift (raw-no straps): 335lbs
Bench (no lift-off): 160lbs

Bench at 205 for a paused single. Getting there…

315x5 Incline

My personal records as of the past few weeks:

Back Squat: 315 3x5
Bench: 250 1x5
Deadlift: 365 1x5
Press: 160 1x2

Nothing amazing, but I was happy with them.

Flat bench 415lbs + 30lbs chains x 4 reps(new rep pr)

Sore throat …check.

540lbs + 30lbs chains off a 3board…easy.

Pulled 575lbs @ 153 today for a 25lb PR. First time testing my DL since November. It was a little rough, but it’s the first time I’ve pulled more than 550, and I’m finally closing in on 600lbs.

It’s been a while for me as things tend to plateau during meet season repeatedly cycle up for that.

Since I’ve been off a meet cycle for a while and back to base building, things are up. Today’s training I hit a 242.5 squat for 3. It’s s rep PR. I’d only ever singled it before. Body weight sits at 136.
