I thought I’d pop in before this thread lands on page 2.

Got a 5lb and 15lb PR on a hip width stance high bar low box squat for 330 and 340lbs. The 330 was nearly perfect except for a little tail tuck. For the 15lb’er, I lost momentum from my legs, then my back started caving and leaning forward but I managed to grind it out.

hit 265 for a double on the dead bench today. that’s a ten pound 2 rep pr so I’m pretty pumped. No video of the 265 but I have one of 255 for a double.

That is a crazy arch. In a good way though.

Been getting back into some heavy overhead work. This morning I hit an easy strict press of 215 and lost a 4 minute battle with 225. I’ll have it next time. This is only 5 or 10 pounds of my all time PR, only now I’m sitting at about 190 instead of 230+.

Not unrelated, I did set an all time PR on delt veins.

Hit a 20 pr with a 295 floor press. I feel like I’m cheating with how well my last few weeks of training has gone.

Got it. 225 strict press.

Squatted 225 lbs for a single, 15 pounds more than I’ve ever squatted, 35 pounds more than I could squat a week ago. I guess I just needed rest, I took the last week off from squats and deads because I strained my spinal erectors.

495lbs x 1 off a 2-board.

Next week 495 off a 1.5 board.

Hit 295 ATG back squat–10 lbs. higher than a week ago.
Hit a 250 ATG front squat
Beat my previous DL PB easily (165 kg) after not doing much heavy pulling for a couple months and using a hook grip instead of mixed grip.
Hit a 195 lb. paused close-grip bench. I had to take a year off of benching due to a shoulder problem and I just started again two weeks ago. I’ve already blown away all my PB’s from over a year ago!

Should be totaling more than 900 in my meet in under two weeks.

355 long pause floor press.

Skull Krushed 150x15 on an EZ bar. After a complete chest workout.

Hit an easy 305 lb. ATG Squat for yet another 10 lb. PB.

Chain bench 420lbs + 70lbs chains (didnt write down old max…but i dont remember being in the 400’s)
Chain bench /w Titan ram 440lbs +90lbs chains (up 35lbs)
