370lb bench, 5lb PR

For some reason video not showing up? Went on next week to hit 395.

Benched 275 for 2 triples today, which ties a PR.

Hit a 225 Front Squat yesterday for a PB of 15 lbs. more than just over a week ago. Three-plate by summer? Aww hell yeah!

Doubled a 615 deadlift tonight.

525 squat, 25lb all time PR.

Clean and Jerked 255. Not all that impressive, but it’s the most weight that I have gotten over my head.

615 pound deadlift PR

425x2 3" deficit dead.
255x2 bench coming back from twin minor pec major tears.
315x2 1" below parallel box squat.

Not bad 2 weeks after Christmas holidays. Happy!

195 x 1 for overhead press. Pretty happy how this is going for me right now.

310-lb. paused bench press PR set a couple of days ago. It’s become my weakest lift, so every PR feels like a huge victory, even though the weight isn’t that impressive.

300lb total weight bench. 30lb of which was suspended from mini bands… I’m hoping 315 straight weight is right around the corner!

Good lord my upper back and lats were torched from stabilizing it.

On Monday 2-4-13, I 2 board pressed in a Titan F6 455lb’s. Most I have ever done with boards, and just prior to that, I full pressed 405, but that isn’t a PR for me. I have some grainy video from my buddys cell phone of the lift, but I cannot get it to post off my computer, it just keeps saying “loading”

575-lb. deadlift. Four times’ bodyweight is a possibility this year if I make steady improvements.

Also, in before “not locked out.” Yes, I know it’s questionable. It’s a grip and knurling thing.
