I did a double with a 300lb stone. First day breaking 300, so I was pretty happy.

Let me know how it goes. I’m not nearly as strong but when I tried it for a couple of months, I never got it as strong as my over-under. I got it about as strong as inbetween regular double overhand and under-over.

I still use it for reps on SLDLs and the like.

Hit a 210 lbs. front squat ATG today at 165 lbs body weight. Not much, but a 10 lb. PB nonetheless. Hoping to put 20-30 pounds on it in the next 2 weeks.

Last Saturday I did a hard single with 605 lbs. using the hook grip. The grip strength was there. My struggle was with the lockout.
