405x21 on squat wraps/belt. Bodyweight ~202. First time ever taking 405 for max reps.

Hit a PR set of 5 today on sumo DL’s. Had to take a minute after the 3rd rep because I got a bit nauseous when I set the bar down.

Floor press. Previous 1RM, plus 2.5kg and 2 reps. New 3RM. I’ll be having 3 plates in my hands by Christmas. Bring it on!

My meet last weekend. 10 for 10, four PR’s, three NASA American records. This was an 82lb total PR.

Here is a deadlift PR from yesterday:

565 with reverse light bands, they took off ~55lbs in the bottom and deloaded at knee height.
I was rushed through the workout and feeling a bit off so I should get 585 on this soon!
I weighed 188 post workout this morning.

Sumo deadlift p.r. was at 375. Pulled 385 plus 50lbs chains last night. Weighed 171 lbs @ 6’3" this morning also a p.r. for body weight.

2 board press. First 3rm attempt. Manages -2.5kg on previous 1rm. I was very unstable though. Bench I was using was tiny. It didn’t feel right and I had completed a few sets before I went and grabbed a better bench to use. Really ticked me off. I felt as though my old 1rm was going to get hammered. Oh well! I know not to use that bench next time.

Another one. 11" box squat. 125/127.5/130x3. All are new 3 rep PRs.

Nice! did 365 with a 40lb PR, I suck at conventional and deficit, but was very happy about it
