10lbs PR Weights around 175lbs

405x1 front squat. Last time i tried this i had to dump the bar, that was two weeks ago.

490 lbs x 1. off 2 Board, comp grip

Raw.

Squatted 275 for 2 sets of 10. It was murder.

back Squat 385 for a set of 10, thought the world was ending.

Paused squat, high bar, shoulder width stance 300x3 PR

I’ll join the fray, Token PR of 435 x2 on Deadlift. Token b/c I put 50lbs on DL Max in 6 months. 435 is 10lbs over my last max.

I finally got a 265 stone for two reps today. No video unfortunately.

300x10 squat, PR today, first rep is eh.

Nothing to write home about from this past week besides a 405 lb squat for a triple.

160 x 5 Strict Press. Still in the hunt for that BW (205) Strict Press.

Which is why it took so long lol. Good work man.

Squatted 295 for 2 sets of 10 tonight. 20 lb. PR over last week.

Hit a 227.5kg deadlift (500lbs) and a 200kg squat (440lbs) in a single ply meet this weekend past. Nothing earth shattering but PR’s non the less :slight_smile:
