500x3 4.5" deficit deallift: no belt, no suit, no straps or chalk-reps paused.
410x3 bench in a single ply HPHD INZER. 3rd rep was really shitty though, due to losing my air but still a 5lb PR for a 3RM and not bad for the first time back in a shirt under that weight in about 8 years! Bodyweight is ~205lbs.

405x6 DL 1 rep PR, but the last time I did it was with a nice bar and this time it was done with a really thick bar that didn’t bend the least bit.

Front Squat 365x3. I’ve only been doing these for a few weeks and was surprised by how bad I was at them when I started. It’s coming along quickly though.

245x5 front squat
160 lb press for a triple
330 lb low box squat for eight doubles
405x6 RDL
330x8 on conventional deads(stop n go), on my 5-3-1 week on this last cycle on 531. Not the greatest thing ever, but the heaviest I’ve pulled has been 365x1. I was pretty happy!
Benched 225 for 2 sets of 10 today. Best rep performance with 2 plates was 8, so a 2 rep PR. I probably could’ve gotten 12 today.
