350x3 ugliest 3 squat reps ever but a PR nonetheless

220x6 CG Bench PR

Strict OHP 85kg(187lbs)x1

reverse band dead 545x2(-75@bottom,-0@top)

320x10 squat (only because I never squat over five reps) - no sweat
535 lb sumo deadlift easy

Did a meet Saturday. Got a 115lb total PR, +55lb squat PR, +70lb bench PR, and missed a +100lb deadlift PR at the knees which would have given me a 2,000lb total.

460 Bench a 15lb PR over my last competition max.

I hit a 335 beltless raw squat and 315x5 romanian deadlift

Squatted 315 for 2 sets of 8 yesterday.
