475 lbs squat. New 1RM for me. up 40 lbs in 8 weeks.

Going to start the smolov base cycle on monday.

4 plate dead x 4 with big full stops. I think thats a PR. I haven’t tried repping 4 plates before.

wow… you guys really motivate me to push harder. im still quite shy of these impressive amounts only have a 405 dead lift and 315 squat :frowning: my bench is still weak only maxing 225.
looking to hit 400 at the squat and 300 on my bench withing the next year. im 5’10’’ and 215lbs

275 box zercher earlier. It was quite messy.

220 lb push press for a double
485 lb conventional deficit deadlift

I deadlifted 495+65lbs of chain for a triple today. That’s +15lbs of chain weight from my last PR. I’ll be lifting straight weight for a triple next week and hopefully I’ll get another PR.

555x5 rev band squat
followed by 515x5 squat no bands

280 lb. paused bench for a single.
295 lb. paused 2 board press for a single.
325 lb. paused 3 board press for a single.

Hoping it leads to my bench progressing.

375x1 deadlift.(20lb PR)
failed this 2 times before gettiing it on the 3rd.

Top set is a 2.5lb PR… What are peoples thoughts on depth? (IPF depth needed)

@arramzy Hard for me to tell. Looks hella close at the very least. Probably legit by most standards, but considering the IPF, maybe another inch or so just to be safe?
