Last Week I squatted 360 which is an unnoficial state recorde for Michigan 181 teen 1

Then I pulled 415 Easy

1RM 220lbs

85 lb DB’s for 5

weight PR…198 lbs at 5’6" ( 163 when I started )…not quite sure how I feel about that at 48

315x8 squat PR

Boy, was today filled with PRs. I think I hit about 5 or 6. So, here’s the list:

Regular paused bench press - 260 and 275 for singles.
Paused 1 board - 275 for a double.
Paused 2 board - 280 for a double and 295 for a single.
Paused 3 board - 300 for a single.

I got my first 500lb bench last Saturday!! Done at 96kg/212lb BW (I compete in 93kg/205lb class).

First time in a new single ply superk and nailed 500 to the chest without much struggle! Prepping for IPF jr worlds at the end of august. Definitely good for 510+ based on the ease of the 500.

705 deadlift. I’ve been toying this for a while now, I’m glad I finally got it. Skip to 21s in

365 lb squat for a triple
75x7 seated DB press
245 lb bench for two paused doubles (cheap)
235 lb CGBP for a triple
255 lb front squat for a triple
110 lb back raise for two sets of ten (lol why the fuck am I counting this?)

615 rev band (-20 at the bottom, 0 at about half way up) giant camber bar squat. Flew up and it felt good to get some weight on my back.

Bench Squat and Deadlift were all PRs from my last meet.

2" deficit pulls

2RM…325 lbs

missed 375 for a single god dammit

Hit 335x5 for a big squat PR. Went for the 6th but didn’t get it

Pulled 290kg x 2 other week, which is PB for me. Pulled it for 1 just over a year ago and didnt look as good! Weigh 100kg here.

1RM…250 lbs

Hit 275x2 on zercher deadlift.

Up from 208x3 a few months ago. Could have had 295x3 but it was over a hundred degrees and there was sweat all over and the bar was sliding everywhere. Next time I’ll get it.

and no video . I had planned on vids for that one , but the attempt was totally un-planned so I didnt have the cam along . I was even going to let my daughter put that on her FB page…haha .

375 lb squat - aimed for a triple LOL but still technically a PR since I’ve never gone this heavy before
270 lb paused bench - possibly sketchy pause
80x5 seated DB press
360x5 low box squat
455x5 conventional deadlift - straps touch and go
