Breaking in my Inzer power pants - hello gear whoredom!
Feeling Good. Since I changed my Westside template 3 wks ago things have been clicking. Will keep milking it.
Squat PR today. Best meet squat was 474lbs about 6 weeks ago, got 465 2x2 today. Weighing about 180lbs.
370 lb. paused squat. 30 lb. PR over last week.

Today ME Upper:
Floor Press with Fat Bar, Comp Grip, semi-straight legs (there was a little butt raise) - 285x2. I am stoked that’s only 30 lbs less than my best bench ever and for a double… considering i get a lot out of my arch and leg drive, its def progress!
Fat Grip Close Grip Floor Presses 225x6, 6, 7. These were fast as shit off the chest and very controlled. I’m finally feeling progress with my triceps drive and hopefully my full bench soon shows it. Also, I can’t help but think all those DE days are finally helping with speed off my chest…

Efegu - how tall are you? For a 152 lb-er you are quite thick.
Today - ME Lower:
Rack Pulls below knee (my sticking point) - relatively easy 495x1. I also made pretty small jumps till I got there cause I wanted 4 sets at 90%+ so considering that, I am quite happy.
Free Squats - 345 x 2 sets x 2 reps. Still breaking in my Inzer power pants so I don’t wanna go too heavy. Depth is getting better but got ways to go. I think I am slowly getting used to the groove - on the 2nd rep of the 2nd set I got in the groove perfectly and just catapulted out of the hole - its scary! Will keeep milking these bad boys

thanks…it sucks when the weight just keeps getting heavier the higher you press.
that’s a damn awesome deadlift no matter what you weigh. doing it at a buck fifty puts it into a tottaly different level of awesomeness.
