Hit a 390 bench a couple of days ago. Not an absolute PR, but at a much lower body weight than my previous PR. Though I’m not a ridiculous 170-somthing like some people.

bench was 2 short of a PR but im 26 pounds lighter and its climbing up again so good signs here
hit some PR’s tonight…
overhead press- 315x5- these felt light and easy. next week i might see what i can do for a 1 rep max
i’ve also been prioritizing pullups lately. a couple months ago i could do but a few reps with bw. now i’m up to bw + 45lbs for sets of 8-10. my goal is to get to BW + 100lbs for sets of 10.
hit a PR today on front squats. worked up to 500 with a pause. felt pretty light. hopefully i can get it back up to 600 but with a pause.

went up pretty easy!
hit a 20lb PR on foam press today. the bar was resting on the foam off center and as i went to press it came off uneven but i still locked it out.
bodyweight was down to 243 right before training.
foam press- 565x1 + 20lb PR
some other crap i did tonight.
Hit a 235 bench for 2 sets of 8. My best performance with 235 was 5, and 8 reps with 225, so PRs all around. Also hit a 295 paused squat for an easy triple last week.

380x5 RAW bench tonight. Form was a little bit off the last few reps but i’ll take it! Bodyweight ~205.
550 squat and 600 rev band squat. Both went up pretty easy.

335 squat for two triples
200 push press for two triples
245 clean
455 conventional deficit deadlift followed by flabbergasting miss at 470
130 x 2 paused bench !!! yippie!
680 reverse band deadlift RAW. Bodyweight ~205.
Stuff this week:
250 clean
315x5 low box squat (weak but 2nd time doing them)
390 zercher from pins followed by very sketchy 405 (1st time ever doing zerchers from pins)
