i have a bench meet coming up in two weeks. they will have a slingshot/titan division. i talked to the meet director and i can crossover from raw to slingshot/ram. i’m going to open raw with something around 480-500 and then go to my titan for my second attempt with something like 565 and then go for broke on my third attempt around 600. here’s my 565 from tonight.
Got my first 300+ bench tonight! I got 305 for a single. It’s a 40 lb. improvement in the last 12 weeks training with Ed Coan. Looking to hit 335 by the end of my next cycle at 17 y/o and 195 lbs.

Are you going to the one in Ohio?
no…it’s a local meet but this will be the 22nd annual. always has a huge turnout.

This isn’t a weight PR. It’s a volume one. 6 triples at 230 at 135 body weight. I believe this is set 4. It wasn’t easy for me that’s for sure.
You seem so relaxed hahaha. No strain in your face. I bet you need to breathe deeeepeeer! Anyways, great strength!
515x8 squat with wraps/belt. After not squatting for a year (just been doing leg presses, hack squats, glute/hams and heavy prowler). Body weight ~205lbs.
Deadlifing today: week 8 of Coan Phillipi DL cycle. I hit a 20lbs suit bottom PR and my guy hit a 15 lb raw beltless PR. I was over the moon for him because he’s a bencher and it doesn’t come easily to him. I’m still sitting around 135 and he’s around 165.

I’m sure that SSB is more than 45 lbs. Actually I’m not sure, but it probably is. Either way that’s a solid squat for a SSB squat against bands!
Nah actually that ssb is 35 and we have to throw 5’s on the inside to make it 45! Hahaha, weird as hell…
