Hit 145kg atg BS and 130kg FS tonight, BS yesterday as well. For my weight (240ish at 6’5) this is pathetic, going to try and start going high volume and get up to 182kg (400lbs) by October!

495x11.5 on deadlifts

Lost the 12th from falling forward onto my toes, but otherwise would’ve had it. Pretty amped about this.

Bodyweight 190.

Got my first 500 squat in competition!!

505 raw (wraps belt) @213lb BW on Saturday. 20lb meet PR. Video will be in my log when I edit them all together.

Also:

1250 total. 45lb meet PR

270 paused bench, missed 295. 5lb meet PR

475 DL, missed 505. 20lb meet PR, matched all time best.

Left about 40lb or so out there, but I did fairly well and my teammates got some PR’s as well.

Also had a 485 lb power walk PR. LOL

Lost my groove on my 2nd attempt and took what felt like 6 steps to catch my balance and make sure I didn’t dump it.

Still stood up with it but got red lighted for the steps.

495 deadlift @ 185lbs, and yeh i know my form needs some work, but fuck it , its a PR

150kg BS today, maxed 4days after hitting 145 for a PB and got 150 today. Happy Happy.

A week or so ago:
strict press 235x1 (PR+5 pounds)

titan ram overhead “meat” press- 315x6

and for a good laugh… i did log clean and press for the first time…damn i suck at these.

close gripped 265 for 4 reps, 3 reps plus 1 assisted.

315 lb dead lift PR Thursday.

PR hit 280 and 290 on flat bench for 4 reps.

only weighing 205ish

i have a bench meet coming up in two weeks. they will have a slingshot/titan division. i talked to the meet director and i can crossover from raw to slingshot/ram. i’m going to open raw with something around 480-500 and then go to my titan for my second attempt with something like 565 and then go for broke on my third attempt around 600. here’s my 565 from tonight.
