Thanks. I was over the moon. I compete single ply so hadn’t trained pure raw in quite a while. Not bad for 47 right?

210x6 PR +1 rep and +5 pounds

i got the bright idea today to see if it was possible to overhead press using the Titan Ram and/or Slingshot. so i warmed up to my BW on overhead press and then threw on the Titan Ram first. It took a little getting used to but after a couple sets it was very comfortable and gave a good bit of pop off the chest. I found that pushing it up to the armpits and being sure to arch hard and taking a fairly narrow grip was much more comfortable. As for the slingshot, because of how it’s designed, it didn’t transfer well to overhead pressing for me. it sticks out in line with your arms until the bar gets close to the chest and then lays down. this made it hard to press and the bar drifted away from you. the Titan lays tight against the chest the whole time much like a real bench shirt and was much more natural. I’ll be sticking with it. I hit an easy 275, then 295 and 315 for 4 with it. i got one hell of a shoulder pump and tricep pump from it. I"m calling them “Meat presses” since i’ve never seen anyone do them before.

225x25 bench. It was my first time ever testing max reps with 2 plates. Bodyweight ~205

I’m hoping to get to 2x bodyweight on squat sometime, still a little ways off.

got a good deadlift workout in here got a pr for 515 for 2 sets of 1 rep :slight_smile: never done that

set a pr here too squated 385 for 4 reps :slight_smile: gonna try to aim for more on my next squat day!

Benched 265x2 and slingshot benched 315x2…both were awesome PRs

Squat 350 for 2 sets of 3 last Friday and then benched 265 for 2 sets of 3 on Monday. Looking for 360 for 2x2 on Thursday and then benching 275 for 2x2 next Monday. Hoping to hit a 305 bench at the end of my cycle. So close to those magic 3 plates!

floor press- long pause
435 + 110lbs of chain x 1 + 10lb PR

titan ram bench press
575x1 + 10lb PR

got a PR on clean and press for 205 1 rep, however form was sloppy. anyone willing to give advice please do so :))

Squat 360 for 2x2 and got 335 for 2x2 on deficit pulls. Going for 175 for 2x3 on OHP tomorrow.

true. i tried to work it out one day and with this setup its ~40lbs off at the bottom, and almost nothing at the top (at most, 10lbs)

SSB Squat 315 and avg bands…big PR…12" box and 3" foam that sinks to box height
