PR’s all over lately
250X4 Strict Press with quad cramps on last rep. Strict Press with a quad cramp from grinding so hard seems like a PR of some kind
595X1 2 inch deficit sumo which I found out I sucked at
Hit a smooth 610 geared DL in the gym today on a cheap commercial gym bar for a gym PR. Should lead to a nice PR at the meet in two weeks factoring in the usual 20-30lb bump from using an Okie bar and adrenaline.
405 semi sumo pull for a single. bitch took 10 minutes to get off the ground. still gotta work on my core strength, i think my hips can do much more than my low back/abs can handle right now.
Tonight I finally hit a double body weight raw squat. This morning I weighed 135 and this evening I hit 270 followed by 225 for 5 - no belt. Both of these have been goals for a while.
