benched a smooth 335lb (+20lb PR). No vid tho :confused:

Hey, just thought I’d post since I find it helps motivate me when I share.

Bench Press:

8x175lbs
8x185lbs
8x195lbs

It’s not a PR, but just 2 years ago I could only do 14 pushups at 165lbs B.W. I’m hoping for a 1 rep max of 270lbs in June. Wish me luck!

Not really a PR I guess… but grip work and dubstep is a pretty cool mix!

This is actually a PR:

605lb 14in cambered bar squat… RAWRRRWWWWRRWwwwwWWWWW!

Second meet. Competed at 181 with a 1389, with a 485-320-584. Went 6 for 9. Got vids of the successes

These are technically all PRs, as my previous meet I competed as a 198, and totaled 1339.

Do explain… I want a 20 pound jump in one month. I’m happy with 20 pounds in a year right now.

i started using the p-chart…doubt im using it right, but so far its working damn good.

Hit a 355 x 3 3 Board + slingshot, preceeded by 315 x 7 3 board +sling shot. Both were PR’s. Sticking with more top end work and will drop the boards down in a month or so and then try and work up to hitting the same weight at whatever time I drop the boards down.

First time to break the 700 barrier in any deadlift variation.
