hit a huge PR on elevated deads today. it wasn’t long ago that i struggled with 600 at this level. this is the “dead spot” in my dead where i transition. without the momentum off the floor i feel weak as a kitten.

The 245 is my most recent PR. Still working on my form with a bit wider stance, sitting back more and getting used to squatting against band tension.

Thats also my PR triple. Also with more in the tank. My best dead is 606 raw. If youre anything like me, you’ll for sure get that 600 pull in Jan! Good luck!

i’m slowly getting better at deads. just trying to keep you in sight.

Pulled 505lbs+100lbs chain, no belt. Did it a few weeks back.

No video, unfortunately, but hit a 315 front squat with a clean grip today. Having only hit 3 pps 2 months ago with back squat, only recently drilling front squats, and with only 9 months training age under my belt, this is a pretty huge PR.

Great lifting in here, can’t believe I’ve only just found this thread.

Is it even worth doing box squats to a bench this high? I’ve been doing them for a few months but didn;t realise how much above paralell the bench was.

186lbs, pulled a 550lb deadlift raw. im 23 yrs old

RDL’s- 635 for 6. No belt or straps. This is a post hamstring explosion PR.
