600lb deficit deadlift, with some lulz after lockout.
Dixie I just wanted to see you move immediately into a break dancing move after locking it out. Huge let down. Great pull though.

Nice shirt, and I actually mean that.
a friend of mine getting a squat PR.
if you watch until 2:59 - finish. You will laugh like never before.
enjoy.
Did 140*18 on the Kroc Rows. Am I the only one to get winded doing these? lol
got a 220 strict press tonight, while its 5 pounds short of a weight PR, it is now 10 pounds over my bodyweight. And I need a little victory, so I’m counting it.

Not sure if this is a PR, but rep #3 is definitely a PR for beauty.

Haha thanks. Gotta keep trying for perfection if I’m ever gonna squat big weight.

PR for insanity

Trying to fix a back rounding issue? It does look crazy but I’m guessing the neck harness really really makes you drive your head back haha.
Nah, I just did this for giggles. I didn’t even factor in the 35lbs on the neck harness and how it would add weight to the squat, was supposed to just do the 275 against bands and chains. I remember seeing Dave Tate post this exercise in the elitefts exercise section as a joke, haha.
It really was intense, and does a great job of training you from falling forward though. Even though it was a joke, it could be worth something.
