Sorry I haven’t been online. Had account issues logging in. I’ve been taking gear from ugfreak and I really don’t feel like its working well. Does anyone have another good source off of the internet?

If you got gear from them it’s good i can assure you. I’ve been using their gear for years. What products are you using and what doses? What’s your past experience with gear?

Something is off with training and/or diet or your expectations are too high. It’s only been 4 weeks correct? It takes approx 5 weeks for test C/E to fully saturate blood. Copy my log format and provide daily macros and training along with your stats.

This is not telling me much. How many sets? What weight for each? Bad info in is bad info out.

Hey man, thanks for the reply. As far as the training log goes, i don’t think i’ll be able to keep one going. I’m so busy with work, class and working out. That aside, I’m about week 5 i think (maybe 4) with the gear. I got the deca/test. Its 200mg test, 200mg deca per ml. I’ve been taking 2ml a week. I expected to be recovering faster and also to be gaining strength faster. I dont have any experience with gear outside of trt.

I. An assure there is no issue with the gear.

I’m happy to help you but I need to know what diet and training look like. If I remember you are also not in the greatest condition bodyfat wise. This is not ideal to grow. You need to eat enough which means you may also put on some bodyfat. A higher bodyfat will also allow for much higher conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Personally I would drop back to trt levels and work to get bf levels down and in the meantime we can work on training and diet.

Thanks for confirming about the quality of gear. I am also taking 50mg daily (split 25 twice a day) of winstrol. As far as the gym/training… i do alot of sets. I do a light set to warm up. Then i gradually increase the weight until i’m maxing out 2-4 reps, then a do several sets of that then i lighten the weight and do a few sets of 6-8 reps. I do this for every exercise. By the time i get home i don’t remember all that i have done, but i do a lot of volume and i go heavy. My diey is usually a couple of 25gram yogurts snd 150grams of protien shakes. Then for dinner, i eat 100 grams of beef or chicken protein, sometimes with pasta or rice. I also snack on almonds. Once in a while i eat tacos (1lb of ground beef) or sausage and spaghetti. Also, maybe twice a month i eat burger king or McDonald’s for a cheat day. Right now, i’m happy at 250lbs as long as i can keep getting stronger and bigger muscles. I’m not ready to lean out yet, i want to get stronger as long as i dont go above 250lbs. I bought some trenbo from ugfreak and waiting for that to come in. After 5 more weeks of the deca/test and winstrol, i plan on taking that for 5-10 weeks and focusing on dropping some of my fat.

** about 100gram in protein shakes

Honestly man, you have no idea what you’re doing. You’re already taking enough gear. Tren is a very advanced drug with serious side effects. I would not suggest you use it at all. It should really be reserved for those who are competing. You don’t need it.

As far as the winstrol it does not need to be run split dose. It also is not a drug you should use when lifting heavy to grow it dries out your joints. Your asking for injury

When I ask you diet and training I mean be specific. What exactly don you eat daily and what are your daily macros. I’m not gonna take the time to figure it all out so I can comment. same with training. I feel like you’re just winging it and not following a proper training plan. What exactly are you doing? Weights/reps/sets. If you can remember write it down or take notes in your phone.

More drugs is not more gains. It’s more side effects. You keep asking questions but don’t seem to want to take any advice from more experienced bodybuilder.

If your not gonna put any effort into this then I’m out.

Yeah man, dot sweat it. I’m not the guy who writes down his workouts while i’m at the gym. I was looking for help with gear, not so much about what I’m eating and my workouts. I know i need enough protein and calories to grow. If i start to get too fat, i’ll back off the calories. As long as I’m getting stronger, i know i’m on the right path. I appreciate you being willing to help, but recording my entire workout and food intake each day isn’t my thing. I’ve been lifting since the ‘90s. I would say I’m experienced in that sense. I’m just not experienced with gear. The guys i see in the magazines… the guys who are huge… what are they doing that makes them so big? I feel like they are just taking more gear than i am. I eat enough calories and protein and my workouts are hard and intense. So, whats the difference between the pros and me? They just have to be taking more gear right?

They are not too fat when they start using gear, have their training and nutrition dialed in, and picked the right parents.

If all it took to get huge was to take more gear than the next guy, everyone at your local gym would be Mr. O. Tons of very average looking dudes are blasting gear and not doing the other things that matter.

Thanks for the reply. I’m getting enough protein and i eat around 2500+ calories a day. Some days more, some days a little less. No one in my gym works out harder than me. I push more weights than anyone else i see in my gym too. I’m getting stronger, but not as fast as i would like to, that’s why i thought it was all about the gear you take

They have great genetics. More gear does not mean more gains. Good luck to you.

They’re probably writing down their workouts and tracking their food and then worrying about gear after that, to be honest.
