So it sounds like you need to eat and train BETTER rather than harder.

I’m telling you man, this gear is junk. I’ve done trt and I remember how it made me feel and how much faster I would get stronger. Can someone give me another source from the internet PLEASE?

if you ordered from where you said you did then it’s perfectly good gear. I’ve been using them exclusively for years with great results. If your not getting the results you want it’s either your diet/training or your expecting too much. you have high bodyfat. Your prob converting a ton a test to estrogen. You need to understand how these drugs work before you start taking them. Source talk is over since this is a public forum.

What i got isn’t working and i know what it feels like when it works. I was 250 when i was on trt and i had more energy, high sex drive and i was getting stronger fast. That is what i have to compare this to. How can i have a private chat with you so we can talk about sources?

There is no private chat function anymore.

I would suggest you find a site that has tested sponsored vendors. There are some good ones out there. Do not use Reddit. It’s pretty much all garbage.

I have a feeling this is a clavicle post in disguise.

OP, they’ve told you your gear is legitimate. The problem lies in your diet/training. They’re trying to help you but you dismiss them. Go on and continue doing what you’ve been doing and hope (somehow) you start improving.

If i post my email, would you send me an email so we can talk offline?

Lol, you’re the second person that suggested that. It would have to be with my compression shirt on, i’m not trying to show off my slight belly.

You have no idea what my diet and training look like, your just making assumptions. I’ve been lifting since the 90s, i know how yo eat and how to train.

Not Writing down what i eat today doesn’t mean i didn’t eat enough calories from good food and it also doesn’t mean i didnt get enough protein. Not writing it down also doesn’t mean i wont eat enough good calories tomorrow. Same with tracking my sets and reps. Just because i dont track it doesn’t mean i didnt do a quality workout and it doesnt mean my next workout will be any less quality

A few weeks ago you thought the rule of thumb was 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight, couldn’t figure out how to get enough protein without overeating, and couldn’t remember where you learned this rule of thumb from, all of which was hindering your fat loss goals. You are 250lbs at 5’10.

Emptying your cup would go far.

I learned how to lift weights from Marines thst were strong and natural. I learned how to eat and how to train while some of you were probably still in diapers. I know how to train. I’m fat cause I’m eating a surplus of calories because I’m trying to grow and put on muscle. I’ve hit a wall with my strength that needs gear to get past. Its that simple. All i’m asking and all i have been asking is for someone help me find another source for gear. Everyone wants to make assumptions my training and diet is off when no one except me knows the answer to that.

Just an innocent bystander, don’t know anything about gear, but found this funny. Nobody wants to make assumptions about these things, everyone is asking you to give more info so they don’t have to make assumptions

Sorry but no. You’ve not been a member here very long and you’ve been given good advice that you don’t wanna take. I think I’ve helped about as much as I can.

You seem to think gear is what builds muscle but it’s only a small part of the equation. Genetics, diet, training and recovery is 95% of the equation. I’m not convinced you have any of it under control. You’re in no condition physically to use gear. I’ve asked more than a few times for info and you can’t be bothered. Good luck to you.

You haven’t given me any advice.

You keep saying is to write down my food intake and workouts, becaue apparently you think you know more than anyone else about working out. I’ve been doing this longer than you. I’ve run sub-5 minute miles and scored perfect 300 in the Marines physically fitness test. I bench 305 naturally snd squat 450 without gear. What makes you think you know more about lifting than me? Thats just an arrogant assumption. I’ve been alive longer than you and been lifting longer than you. I have good genes or I would not have been able to run sub-five minute miles
Or score a perfect 300 physical fitness test in the Marines. My problem isnt diet or training or recovery. My problem is that i’m 47, my testosterone is lower now. My problem isn’t training or diet or recovery, its that i’ve hit a wall with the strength i can gain. Human body can get only get so strong before it hits a wall. That’s the whole reason i joined this site is to connect with other gym rats and get information on a good source for gear. So, anyone listening that wants to help a Marine vet score some gear, please reach out. I’ll post a temporary email address so you can email me privately. All i am asking is for someone to help me out like someone helped you out. S.gentz isnt in charge of this site, so please respond if you would like
to help me out.
