Just curious, has anyone else experienced decreased nausea when taking EC pre-workout?
Leg day. I however made it out of the gym before promptly pukeing and then running to my car. Yippy! Felt like shit for the rest of the day. I agree it’s definetly lactic acid build up. Which would make sense why it would happen on leg day as legs are one a large muscle group and two quads are predominatly slow twitch. Which unless I’m mistaken generate the most latic acid out of all the fibers. As for Ephedrine helping to stave off puking…hmmmmmm don’t think I’ve felt bad the one or two times I’ve used it on leg day. A better trick is baking soda before your workout. Ciao. ![]()

I puked once during an intense session of legs. It was myself and two other guys and we were doing squats one set right after another; meaning I did a set, then the next two guys went immediately after me and then I would go again. Well, this not only fried my legs, but forced me into the bathroom after the 4th set! Of course, looking back it probably had something to do with the sugary cereal I ate right before training (this was pre-T Mag days, so don’t kill me) as much as it did the stress caused by the new style of workout.
Since then I have yet to puke, which is a good thing. Puking during a workout is not good. It makes it near impossible to train with any intesity, if at all, after you throw up.
